ARE PLUGS OR EARRINGS SOLD IN PAIRS OR INDIVIDUALLY?  WHAT ABOUT NIPPLE JEWELRY?

All plugs, tunnels, and nipple jewelry are sold individually. All earrings pictured with a butterfly back are sold in pairs. If this is not noted in product description or you are unsure about a certain product, please let us know and we will be happy to clarify.

INTERNAL VS EXTERNAL – DOES IT MATTER?

Both styles are always made from implant grade materials and can be worn on fresh or healed piercings. Internally threaded jewelry is not compatible with externally threaded jewelry and vice versa. If you intend to purchase jewelry to be used with a part you already have, we recommend to confirm the threading type to ensure a compatible fit.

WHAT GAUGE OR SIZE DO I NEED FOR MY PIERCING?

Body jewelry comes in a broad range of sizes. Please refer to our size chart for all the different options. Unfortunately there is not one size that fits all, as everyone has their own unique anatomy. We recommend speaking to a piercing professional to find the right measurements for you. They should be able to confirm the gauge, length and/or diameter needed for your piercing.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER WAS MADE?

Once you’ve successfully placed your order you will receive an invoice, payment receipt and Order ID Number via email. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, after which you will receive delivery tracking information via email as well.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email from us, there may be an opportunity for adjustments. Please contact us immediately for any change requests.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BODY JEWELRY?

To keep your body jewelry looking its best, it's important to follow proper care instructions. We recommend cleaning your jewelry regularly with a gentle, non-abrasive cleaner and storing it in a clean, dry place when not in use. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or water for extended periods of time.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN YOUR BODY JEWELRY?

We offer a variety of materials, including surgical grade stainless steel, titanium ,high-quality acrylics  and 14kt gold. Each product page will list the materials used for that particular piece of jewelry.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a delivery tracking number and estimated delivery date via email once your order has shipped.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PIERCING IS HEALED ENOUGH TO CHANGE MY JEWELRY?

It is important to wait until your piercing is fully healed before changing your jewelry. Healing times can vary depending on the location of the piercing, but most piercings take several weeks to several months to heal. If you are unsure whether or not your piercing is fully healed, we advise consulting a professional piercer near you.

HOW DO I KNOW IF CERTAIN JEWELRY IS APPROPRIATE FOR MY WORKPLACE OR SCHOOL DRESS CODE? 

Dress codes can vary depending on the workplace or school, so it's best to consult with your employer or school administration directly to determine if certain jewelry is appropriate. However, we do offer a variety of subtle and understated jewelry options that may be more suitable for professional settings.

CAN I WEAR YOUR JEWELRY IN THE SHOWER OR WHILE SWIMMING?

While some of our jewelry is waterproof and can be worn in the shower or while swimming, we recommend removing your jewelry before any water activities to prevent damage or loss. Saltwater and chlorine can be particularly harsh on certain materials, so it's important to take proper care of your jewelry.

HOW DO I KNOW IF CERTAIN JEWELRY IS HYPOALLERGENIC? 

We offer a variety of hypoallergenic options, such as surgical grade stainless steel and titanium, that are less likely to cause allergic reactions. However, it's important to note that each person's body chemistry is different, so it is possible to still have a reaction to certain materials.
