You have 14 days from the delivery date of your package to make a return.
If you wish to return a product because you are dissatisfied with it or it doesn’t suit your style, you are more than welcome to do so. Jewelry must be unused/unworn.
If the item was incorrectly sent to you, broken, or defective, we will exchange it for a replacement (as long as we still have one in stock). Should we no longer have the same item in stock, you will be issued store credit instead.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM PST). We will get back to you within 24-48 business hours. Please note, we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, as well as all major holidays.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned item(s) unless the item received was incorrectly sent or defective.
HOW WILL MY RETURN BE RESOLVED?
We process store credits for the cost of the item with no exceptions. Because of the nature or our product, Refunds are not an option. Once customer service receives your complete information and confirms that all return requirements for your order have been met you will receive authorization for your return. Print the authorized return and include it in your return packaging. Please send your return items and return authorization email to the address provided within 14 days of your package arrival date.
I sent my return! How soon will it be processed?
When we receive your return it will take 3 to 5 days to process. When processing is complete you will receive an email that confirms your return authorization and we will process your store credit for the return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will receive store credit for the exact price you paid for the product(s).
Why will you not accept returns if I opened the seal?
All of our jewelry is brand new and unworn, and we make sure to stand by this statement so our customers are not receiving used jewelry. We want our customers to be happy and if there is a problem or defect in the jewelry we will gladly fix the problem. It is your responsibility however, to make sure you are ordering the right size/gauge. Please carefully inspect your item BEFORE opening!
